We accept returns for full refunds or exchange within 14 days of the order date. Past 14 days, we can offer you a product exchange if no more than 30 days have passed since your purchase. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted beyond 30 days of the order date.
To be eligible for a return, your unused item must be returned to us in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please note: Returned items that do not meet the requirements stated above will not be approved for a full refund. Products returned with stains, rips, tears, and any other damage will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return is received and inspected stating either a) the approval or b) rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank or credit card company). If, for whatever reason, your refund has not posted in your bank account after 14 business day, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
All sales are final on sale and clearance items, in addition to cufflinks.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We understand the struggle of finding the right size. If you need to exchange your shirt for the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Returns/exchanges postmarked within the 14 day deadline may be eligible.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Due to the nature of USPS, UPS, and FedEx, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
